Sales Administrator
Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute accurate sales reports, enrollment data, commission tracking, and performance summaries using CRM and reporting tools.
- Support agents and managers by providing status updates, resolving process-related inquiries, and escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain and update client, lead, enrollment, and sales records while ensuring data accuracy, workflow compliance, and quality control.
- Manage multiple sales support tasks in a fast-paced environment while improving processes, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with leadership and support teams.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and sales or reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, Genesys, Sigma, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, operations, workforce management, reporting, or related administrative roles.
