What You’ll Do

● Manage a low volume of inbound calls
● Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right tools
● Maintain a good amount of daily call time and call count
● High back office work of enrolling clients

What You’ll Need

● Proven customer service experience
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Ability to multi- task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
● High school diploma
● Native or 95% of English level
