HR Generalist
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee relations matters and provide HR guidance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support disciplinary processes and workplace investigations when needed.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with various administrative HR functions.
Requirements
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
