What You’ll Do
Manage inbound/outbound calls and serve as liaison between clients and internal teams
Understand client needs, explain program value, and guide them through each step
Maintain accurate records and provide updates to clients and leadership
Monitor accounts, explain terms, negotiate when needed
Resolve issues, support escalations, and help improve processes
Build trust-based relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED
Advanced English
1+ year customer service preferred
Strong communication, listening, and phone etiquette
Problem-solving, adaptability, time management
Patience, empathy, professionalism, and ability to handle stress
Attention to detail and ability to learn product knowledge
