HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Address employee relations matters and provide HR guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support disciplinary processes and workplace investigations when needed.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with various administrative HR functions.

Requirements

  • Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
