What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and serve as liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Understand client needs, explain program value, and guide them through each step

  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates to clients and leadership

  • Monitor accounts, explain terms, negotiate when needed

  • Resolve issues, support escalations, and help improve processes

  • Build trust-based relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Advanced English

  • 1+ year customer service preferred

  • Strong communication, listening, and phone etiquette

  • Problem-solving, adaptability, time management

  • Patience, empathy, professionalism, and ability to handle stress

  • Attention to detail and ability to learn product knowledge
