About the role: We are looking for skilled agents – oriented on Negotiations, on making the best deals for our clients. They need to have active listening skills, emotional intelligence, expectation, management, patience, planning, problem solving and adaptability to change the plan if things are not going as planned to reach the goal. They need to be good persuaders, to be able to get the best deal from the 3rd party they are negotiating with.

Responsibilities:

● Search for accounts

● Call the CRs to negotiate

● Negotiate to get the best offer

● Manage your time in a productive manner

Requirements:

● Proven Collections or sales experience

● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

● Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to multi- task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

● High school diploma

● 90% English Level
